This is our entry level service and a good option for start-up businesses and sole traders needing support with incoming leads and queries. Doesn’t include any minutes. Minutes are charged at £1.75 per minute.
This package includes 100 minutes. The cost for any additional time will be charged at £1.20 per minute. It is ideal for small businesses seeking a simple, effective, and professional call handling service and message-taking solution.
This package includes 250 minutes. The cost for any additional time will be charged at £1.10 per minute. This is a great choice if you receive regular phone calls and need to supplement your staff levels with added support. This way you can make the most of the benefits of having an extra member on your team, without having to spend the money on a full-time member of staff.
This package includes 500 minutes. The cost for any additional time will be charged at £1.10 per minute. This is our top-level package, designed for businesses that need an extensive call handling service. This is perfect if you need more than just a simple messaging service. This proactive package will accommodate the ever-changing needs of most businesses. You can have peace of mind that your calls will always be answered proficiently and courteously.
We offer cover Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and do not close for lunch or tea breaks.

You will receive an end-of-day report with a summary of all the calls received during the day.
To continue to answer your phones “Out of Hours” the additional cost is £11.99 per month plus £1.70 per minute. This package is only available as an addition to your current call handling package. The minutes will not be taken from your day rate
There is a one-off set up fee for the Out of Hours service of £75
Answer Machine
£15 per month, no set-up fees, to have a voice mail answer service with an email sent to you with the message left-Simply listen to them at your convenience or request that they be sent to We Take Calls and answered when we are in the office.
All prices are plus VAT.
