With just over 2 years on the team, Sam has quickly become a standout call handler — calm, professional, and brilliant at supporting callers with exactly what they need. He brings a steady presence to even the busiest days and always goes the extra mile to make sure every message is handled with care.

And when she’s not helping our callers? Sam is a big dog lover — the team’s go-to for puppy stories, dog pics, and canine chat 🐶💛

Say hello to Ella, who first joined We Take Calls ® 9 years ago as an apprentice — and now she’s back, and absolutely smashing everything she does!

Since returning 1 year ago, Ella has hit the ground running as both a call handler and receptionist. She’s warm, quick, organised, and brilliant at making callers and walk-ins feel instantly looked after.

It’s been amazing to see her come full circle — growing from an apprentice into a confident, capable, and hugely valued member of the team. We’re so proud to have her back where she belongs 💛📞✨

🌊📞 Meet Carol — Call Handler, Cold-Water Swimmer & Our Paddleboarding Pro ✨

Say hello to Carol, who joined the We Take Calls ® team 6 months ago and has quickly become a brilliant part of our call-handling team!

Friendly, confident and always ready to get stuck in, Carol brings plenty of energy to the office and makes sure every caller is welcomed and looked after.

And when she’s not answering calls? You’ll probably find her in — or on — the sea! 🌊 Carol loves cold-water swimming, is a trained BSUPA Paddleboard Instructor and even holds an ASA Gold Lifesaver Award. She’s also the very proud owner of her 10’6″ inflatable paddleboard!

When she’s back on dry land, Carol loves running, cycling, music festivals and spending time with her grandchildren. She also owns a lovely seafront Airbnb in Saltdean — so it’s safe to say the seaside really is Carol’s happy place! 🌊💛

Say hello to Brintha, who joined the We Take Calls ® team 4 months ago and has already become a lovely part of the team!

With a university background in Finance and Accounting, Brintha brings a great eye for detail to her role and is always happy to get stuck in and help wherever she can.

Outside of work, Brintha loves spending time with her son and has a real passion for cooking — especially Sri Lankan food. 🇱🇰🍛

She’s also quickly earned a reputation in the office for regularly arriving with treats and naughty snacks for the team — something we’re definitely not complaining about! 🍰🍫

📚🐾 Meet Millie — Call Handler, Book Lover & Our Newest Team Member ✨

Say hello to Millie, our newest member of the We Take Calls ® team, who joined us nearly 2 months ago and is already settling in brilliantly!

Millie has quickly become a lovely addition to the team, bringing a friendly and calm approach to her role and always being ready to learn something new.

When she’s not at work, Millie loves nothing more than relaxing with a good book, usually with her cat Primrose and dog Rocky keeping her company. 📚🐱🐶

She also loves exploring new places and discovering different foods from around the world whenever she gets the chance — so there’s always another destination (or dish!) waiting to be discovered. 🌍🍜
